Tracing the Wall Qigong is a slow-paced, fluid and meditative practice that is accessible to all skill levels. Easy to learn and master, it is nevertheless a very powerful healing exercise. Through the circling of the hands while sinking and rising in the legs, it makes the breath and vital energy of the body strong so as to benefit one’s physical, mental, and spiritual health.
It can be practiced daily for a just a few minutes or longer as it easily fits into a busy schedule.
The first instalment of three for the qigong practice of Tracing the Wall. In this class we cover the basic movement and natural breathing. I've also woven in three principles from Tai Chi. We'll continue working through two other breathing techniques and some more Tai Chi principles in the remaining two classes.
