Ladies, this is your invitation to rise in strength and vitality!
Join me either In-Person at the Yurt or Via Zoom for Immortal Sisters Qigong. This Women’s Healing Qigong is a transformative program designed to align your body, mind, and spirit with the natural rhythms of the seasons.
Over 7-week cycles, we’ll explore the 5 Taoist Elements—Fall-Metal, Winter-Water, Spring-Wood, Early Summer-Fire, and Late Summer-Earth—each offering unique healing qualities tailored to women’s needs.
What to Expect:
Seasonal Practices: Align your energy with the cycles of nature & the Taoist Elements of Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal.
Empowerment & Healing: Address the unique challenges women face—hormone imbalances, emotional stress, and feelings of isolation—and move toward self-discovery and empowerment.
Tigress Energy: Drawing from traditional Taoist lineages like the White Tigress & White Cloud, this practice cultivates the fierce, nurturing, feminine energy of the Tigress—symbolizing strength, vitality, and spiritual transformation.

This once-a-month Women's Healing Circle is an opportunity to gather together with other like-minded women, where we'll deepen our practice and reclaim our sexual energy both individually and collectively. It'll consist of 15-30 minutes of qigong practice, based on the White Tigress Lineage as well as other Taoist lineages, followed by sharing and integration in a supportive community of like-minded women.

This Winter-themed, Taoist-inspired Qi-Flow yoga class incorporates stretching and strengthening asana practice to harmonize our bodies with nature and celebrate the current Water season and all it has to offer. By weaving together the elements of bodily posture, awareness, breath, and vital energy, Qi-Flow Yoga promotes health and longevity while replenishing our Jing or Life-Force. We will begin each class with some warm-ups and qigong practice specially curated to deepen our connection to Water’s rejuvenating power. Suitable for those with some prior movement experience, be it yoga, qigong, martial arts, etc.; know that students are offered many options and modifications and are encouraged to adapt the practice to their current needs and health projects.

This Winter-themed class is designed to nourish the body, mind and spirit, while replenishing our Jing, or Life-Force. Gentle movements and props are used to relax, restore, and heal the body while stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system. We begin each class with ~45 minutes of warm-ups and gentle Qigong to release stagnant energy, invigorate the body, and bring calm-focus to the mind. For the remainder of the class, restorative yoga poses are comfortably held for longer periods to stimulate energy and transformation on a more subtle level. This class is suitable for all levels of experience and is great for anyone looking to slow down, relieve stress, and support deeper levels of healing.
