Tracing the Wall Qigong is a slow-paced, fluid and meditative practice that is accessible to all skill levels. Easy to learn and master, it is nevertheless a very powerful healing exercise. Through the circling of the hands while sinking and rising in the legs, it makes the breath and vital energy of the body strong so as to benefit one’s physical, mental, and spiritual health.
It can be practiced daily for a just a few minutes or longer as it easily fits into a busy schedule.
The second instalment of 3 is focused on the perineum (center of our pelvic floor) or Hui Yin, at the base of our Dantian. This area in our bodies is the "Meeting of Yin" or "Convergence of Yin".
