Tracing the Wall Qigong is a slow-paced, fluid and meditative practice that is accessible to all skill levels. Easy to learn and master, it is nevertheless a very powerful healing exercise. Through the circling of the hands while sinking and rising in the legs, it makes the breath and vital energy of the body strong so as to benefit one’s physical, mental, and spiritual health.

It can be practiced daily for a just a few minutes or longer as it easily fits into a busy schedule.

The final instalment of three, this class to helps us sink the shoulders and suspend the elbows. This Taichi instruction keeps us relaxed all through the upper body while improving blood and Qi flow through the arms to the fingertips. This practice begins with ~15 minutes of qigong warm-ups followed by the movement itself.
