The first of 6 classes in this Metal-themed course for fall-time to cultivate our vital energy through a variety of practices. We begin with gentle warm-ups to awaken and stimulate the whole body, followed by some gentle pranayama to refine our breath, then Earth Breathing to get us more rooted and grounded, followed by Showering Qi and Flying Phoenix to expand our breath, stimulate the movement of Qi, and heal our body-minds.
