The second of 6 classes in this Metal-themed course for fall-time to cultivate our vital energy through a variety of practices. We begin with movement, i.e. some gentle warm-ups to awaken and stimulate the whole body, then practice Earth Breathing (from last week) and Box Breathing for our pranayama, followed by a seated meditation practice – “Inner Metal Meditation: Lung Healing Qigong”.
