The third of 6 classes in this Metal-themed course for fall-time to cultivate our vital energy through a variety of practices. As usual, we begin with some gentle warm-ups to awaken and stimulate the whole body; then sit for pranayama - Earth Breathing, Natural Breathing followed by Embryonic Breathing. Finally, we’ll learn the standing qigong “Tracing the Wall” and practice it with both Natural Breathing and Embryonic Breathing.
