The fifth of 6 classes in this Metal-themed course for fall-time to cultivate our vital energy through a variety of practices. As usual, we begin with some gentle warm-ups to awaken and stimulate the whole body and prepare for our standing practice, then sit on a chair for Kapalabhati Pranayama or Skull Shining Breath. Once we’re all warmed up we’ll practice the standing Tiger’s Waist qigong for a very effective full-body exercise that opens the lungs and massages the large intestine, among many other things! : )
