This 32-minute qigong practice is demonstrated standing but can also be done seated. This ancient practice from the White Cloud Lineage uses the healing power of sound to resonate with and various organs of the body while enhancing their respective elemental powers and transforming the associated emotions, from negative to positive. Feel free to practice just one or a few of the sounds – for example, the Wood sound if you need to release nervous tension. Also, you may work with the sound for the current season (Water-winter, Wood-spring, Fire-early summer, Earth-late summer, Metal-Fall).
