The fifth of 6 classes in this Metal-themed course for fall-time to cultivate our vital energy through a variety of practices. This movement-based yoga class begins with warm-ups & Kapalabhati Pranayama or Skull Shining Breath, ends and a cool-down, and is informed by qigong principles throughout. We’ll flow and stretch to open the lungs while stimulating and massaging the large intestine to improve and optimize our digestion.
