As an extension of the previous weeks’ classes on Elemental Fire, we turn our attention to the endocrine system and its connection to the 6 chakras. Having primed our hands, we’ll use them to direct healing energy to our our energy centers, or neuro-endocrine system. From August 3, the fifth in a series of 6 classes on Revitalizing Qigong for summertime, we’ll review all the past movements and principles and then practice phases 1-4 of Healing Buddha Palms.
