The first of 6 classes in our Metal-themed course for fall-time. This restorative yoga class begins with some movement and gentle warm-ups before we rest in a variety of supportive postures, and is informed by qigong principles throughout. In this first class we'll pay special attention to Natural Breathing and Earth Breathing.
