In this sixth class of the series we'll begin with our usual warm-ups / joint rotations to release tension and stress while moving stagnant Qi to invigorate our whole body. Tiger's Waist qigong is practiced twice, with Tapping and Cupping done in between, to further stimulate the release stagnation and enhance the flow of Jing-Qi.
We'll then deepen our work of releasing stagnant Qi and negative emotions from our organs (and associated elements of the body) through the ancient practice of the 6-Healing Sounds from the White Cloud Lineage.
