This dynamic first class for Fall-Metal begins with our Qigong warm-ups to release stagnation in the tissues and joints while invigorating our whole body and opening our lungs & breath. Sitting Pranayama - Ujjayi Breath and standing Qigong practices with a special focus on the Lung meridian, are designed to further expand our breath, tone our lungs, and fortify our Qi. Followed by a rigorous flow yoga practice and some Flying Phoenix qigong to couple & harmonize our breath with physical being. As always, we finish in Savasana, for the ultimate experience in relaxation and “letting go”.
