The first of 7 classes in this Wood-themed course for springtime to cultivate our power of renewal. This dynamic class begins with some Qigong warm-up movements to release stagnation in the tissues and joints while invigorating the whole body. We then stretch and strengthen our bodies through a variety of poses – seated, prone, standing, AND flows – to heal our Liver/Gallbladder and soothe our nerves. As always, we finish with a nourishing Savasana to help integrate the practice into our body-minds.
