The 4th of 7 classes in this Wood-themed course for springtime to cultivate our power of regeneration through our nervous system and our vision - both literal and imagined. This dynamic class begins with some Qigong warm-up movements to release stagnation in the tissues and joints while invigorating the whole body, followed by Swimming Dragon Qigong to gently stretch and twist the spine while stimulating the brain. After a few minutes of seated practice that includes the 2nd Brocade, we’ll explore the benefits of visualizing our goal pose, Revolved Triangle. We then stretch and strengthen our bodies through a variety of poses – seated, prone, standing, AND flows before physically manifesting our goal pose. As always, we finish with a relaxing Savasana to help integrate the practice into our body-minds.
