This dynamic class focused on our Heart begins with some Qigong warm-ups to release stagnation in the tissues and joints while invigorating the whole body. We’ll sit for a few minutes of settling and conscious breathing. The remainder of the class has us working our bodies, extending our arms, stretching our Heart meridian, and opening our Hearts. As always, we finish with a relaxing Savasana to help integrate the practice into our body-minds.
