This dynamic class focused on our Heart AND Small Intestine begins with some Qigong warm-ups to release stagnation in the tissues and joints while invigorating the whole body. We’ll work with the Healing Sound for Fire a couple of times in the class and sit for a few minutes of settling followed by Kapalabhati Breath. The remainder of the class has us working our bodies, extending our arms, stretching our HT & SI meridians, and opening our Hearts and Solar Plexus (SI / Gut). As always, we finish with a relaxing Savasana to help integrate the practice into our body-minds.
