The first of 7 classes in this Metal-themed course for fall time turns our attention to our lungs and breath. This deeply nourishing class begins with some Qigong warm-ups to release stagnation in the tissues and joints while invigorating our whole body, followed by a guided meditation on Healing Our Inner Metal: Lung Qigong to expand our breathing & feeling. The remaining 45 minutes is a restorative yoga practice designed to help us deepen and integrate our Metal-Healing work. As always, we finish in Savasana, for the ultimate experience in relaxation and letting-go.
