The 3rd of 7 classes in this Wood-themed course for springtime to cultivate our power of regeneration. This relaxing and restorative class begins with some Qigong warm-up movements to release stagnation in the tissues and joints while invigorating the whole body, followed by Swimming Dragon. We’ll then carry that energy into the remaining 45 minutes of restorative yoga to nourish our wood and its relationship to the other 4 elements. We finish with a few minutes of Viloma Pranayama before Savasana to help integrate the practice into our body-minds.
