The 4th of 7 classes in this Wood-themed course for springtime to cultivate our power of regeneration through our nervous system and our vision - both literal and imagined. This relaxing and restorative class begins with some Qigong warm-up movements to release stagnation in the tissues and joints while invigorating the whole body, followed by Swimming Dragon Qigong to gently stretch and twist the spine while stimulating the brain. After a few minutes of seated practice, we’ll explore and experience the benefits of visualizing our qigong practice through meditation. We then carry that energy into the remaining 45 minutes of restorative yoga to nourish our nervous system, finishing with a Savasana (with a little more visualized qigong practice) to help integrate the practice into our body-minds.
