The 7th and final class in this Earth-themed course for later summertime turns our attention and senses inwards with Pratyahara. This deeply nourishing class begins with some Qigong warm-ups to release stagnation in the tissues and joints while invigorating our whole body, followed by Earth-Breathing qigong, Earth-Undulations, Yin-Wheel, Spreading our Wings, Spleen Pump, and the Lotus Rises. The remaining 45 minutes is a restorative yoga practice beginning with Bhramari pranayama to turn inwards more deeply followed by poses and meditations designed to withdraw each of our senses into their supporting element/organ and ultimately cradled deep within Earth: Peace on Earth.
