The 5th of 7 classes in this Wood-themed course for springtime to cultivate our power of regeneration invites us to cultivate a “youthful” or curious, open-minded, & playful approach to our practice. This"twist-focused" relaxing and restorative class begins with some Qigong warm-up movements to release stagnation in the tissues and joints while invigorating the whole body, followed Madame Wong’s Anti-Aging Qigong and then Swimming Dragon Qigong. After a few minutes of seated pranayama, we’ll downshift for the remaining ~45 minutes of restorative yoga to nourish our nervous system, finishing with a Savasana to help integrate the practice into our body-minds.
