The second class in this Fire-themed course for Early Summertime continues our focus on Cardio-Fire, our Heart, HT meridian… while adding Small Intestine to the mix. This relaxing and restorative class begins with some Qigong warm-ups to release stagnation in the tissues and joints while invigorating the whole body followed by the Healing Sound for Fire & Spinal Breathing . The remaining 45 minutes is focused on restorative yoga to continue to nourish our tender hearts while tuning into our gut feelings; finishing with Savasana to help integrate the practice into our body-minds.
