In this first class of the Immortal Sisters Qigong for Winter-Water series we'll connect more deeply with our Hui Yin or ""convergence of Yin" - perineum, pelvic floor - the most Yin part of our body. We begin with shaking/warm-ups / joint rotations to release tension and stress while moving stagnant Qi to invigorate our whole body, and intersperse with Cupping and Tapping. Tiger's Waist is done 3 times, twice at regular speed, and the third time slowly, as if moving through water. We finish the class seated in Virasana to breathe more awareness into our Hui Yin.
