In this second class of the Immortal Sisters Qigong for Winter-Water series we'll continue our "work" of the Hui Yin or Convergence of Yin, i.e. our perineum, pelvic floor. We begin with shaking/warm-ups / joint rotations to release tension and stress while moving stagnant Qi to invigorate our whole body, and intersperse with Cupping and Tapping. Tiger's Waist is done 3 times, twice at regular speed, and the third time slowly, as if moving through water. We'll also explore Madame Wong' Longevity practice and Scooping the Water Qigong - all to benefit our Water Element & Jing.
