"Yin Dao, Qi Dao" ~Where the mind goes, the Qi flows.
In this fifth class of the Immortal Sisters Qigong for Winter-Water series we'll turn our attention deep within our Water tissues - i.e. our Bones. We begin with shaking/warm-ups / joint rotations to release the muscles and loosen any areas of chronic contraction and settle more comfortably in Earth as this will allow us to better sense into our bones. Tiger's Waist is performed 3 times at regular speed, with each successive one getting us more in touch with our living, breathing skeleton. Cupping and Tapping is also practiced to help activate and densify the bones. Tiger's Waist is done twice at regular speed. After finishing this practice and stopping the recording, we did a 25-minute bone breathing meditation. If you'd like, you can follow the practice of Bone Breathing Qigong in the "Qigong Meals" section of the On-Demand Classes tab.
