This dynamic class begins with some Qigong warm-ups to release stagnation in the tissues and joints while invigorating the whole body followed by breath work and some seated Qigong practices from the 8 Brocades to stimulate our cranial nerves and sense organs. We'll do some supine core strengthening before coming to our feet and moving our bodies through a variety of poses and flows, all in preparation for our Eagle goal pose or Garudasana. We'll seal our practice with Swimming Dragon Qigong and then finish with a relaxing Savasana to help integrate the practice into our body-minds.
