The 6th of 7 classes in this Wood-themed course for springtime to cultivate our power of regeneration invites us to stay open to our senses and experiences while tonifying our cranial nerves. This relaxing and restorative class begins with some Qigong warm-ups to release stagnation in the tissues and joints while invigorating the whole body followed by Swimming Dragon Qigong. We then sit for a few minutes of pranayama followed by seated Qigong practices from the 8 Brocades to stimulate our cranial nerves and sense organs. The remaining 45 minutes is focused on restorative yoga to help nourish and replenish our nervous system, finishing with a Savasana to help integrate the practice into our body-minds.
