Shen-Restoration Yoga from August 2, 2023. As an extension of the previous weeks’ classes on Elemental Fire, we turn our attention to the endocrine system and its connection to the 6 chakras. Having primed our hands, we’ll use them to direct healing energy to our neuro-endocrine system and then rest in a variety of restorative poses to open the chakras.
