Live at the Studio This Autumn-themed, Taoist-inspired Qi-Flow yoga class of 7 weeks incorporates stretching and strengthening asana practice to harmonize our bodies with nature and celebrate the current Metal season and what it has to offer. By weaving together the elements of bodily posture, awareness, breath, and vital energy, Qi-Flow Yoga boosts our life force, promotes health and longevity, and brightens our Spirit. Suitable for those with some prior movement experience, be it yoga, qigong, martial arts, etc.; know that students are offered many options and modifications and are encouraged to adapt the practice to their current needs and health projects.
