Join me for Immortal Sisters Qigong and heal the organs, Elements, & emotions of our bod-minds with powerful ancient sounds for this month's practice of The Six Healing Sounds.

Reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit in harmony with nature’s cycles. Immortal Sisters Qigong is a monthly women’s healing practice that aligns you with the energy of the seasons through movement, breath, and meditation.

Each month on a Saturday morning (10AM until about noon) the 2nd or 3rd Sat of the month) we’ll explore a different Qigong form — from Tiger’s Waist, Dragon’s Pearl, and Taiji Qigong, to the more meditative practices of Six Healing Sounds and the Seated Eight Brocades.

We’ll also attune to the Five Taoist Elements — Fall–Metal, Winter–Water, Spring–Wood, Early Summer–Fire, and Late Summer–Earth — each offering unique qualities of balance and renewal to support women’s wellbeing.

What to Expect:
Seasonal Practices: Align your energy with the cycles of nature & the Taoist Elements of Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal.
Empowerment & Healing: Address the unique challenges women face—hormone imbalances, emotional stress, and feelings of isolation—and move toward self-discovery and empowerment.
Tigress Energy: Drawing from traditional Taoist lineages like the White Tigress & White Cloud. These practices cultivate the fierce, nurturing, feminine energy of the Tigress—symbolizing strength, vitality, and spiritual transformation.
