Live at the Studio This Autumn-themed, Taoist-inspired class of 7 weeks is designed to nourish the body, mind and spirit. We begin each class with ~45 minutes of Qigong to release stagnant energy, invigorate the body, and bring calm-focus to the mind. For the remainder of the class, Restorative Yoga poses are comfortably held for longer periods to support energy and transformation on a more subtle level. Additionally, props are used to relax, restore, and heal the body while stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system. This class is suitable for all levels of experience and is great for anyone looking to slow down, relieve stress, and foster deeper levels of healing – basically everyone!
